Overview

Through the use of mindfulness meditation, this weekly class offers guidance to open the heart, bring awareness into the body and to understand the subtle workings of the mind.

Marin Sangha meets on Sunday evenings from 6:00-8:00. The class begins with a half-hour sitting meditation, followed by a Dharma talk and discussion, and a short period of mindful movement and stretching. We close with a second sitting.

Sangha means community. The Marin Sangha holds the intention of building community by creating a space where dharma students may gather to explore the unfolding of the teachings in their lives in a safe and welcoming environment. Everyone who attends is a valued member with a place in our community.

New students are always welcome!

This is an open group. All levels are welcome. Chairs/Cushions are provided. Wheelchair accessible.
